Rates are based on the date of your event, number of people attending, and time of arrival.  Bring 4,000 of your friends and reserve Big Kahuna’s exclusively.  Please contact our Group Sales Specialist for details.  Advanced reservations are required for all groups.

Big Kahuna’s can provide various catering options depending on the size of your group including any Food and Beverage requests you might have.  Ask about our meal voucher program for smaller groups allowing your party the ability to eat at their leisure.  Enjoy a day of fun in the sun and let our staff cater to you with one of our delicious picnics.

Groups Larger than 50

For organizations, companies or group gatherings larger than 100, Big Kahuna’s customized cookout packages are the best way to host a splashing good time! Enjoy special discounted admission, numerous food options, fountain beverages and your own reserved area!

Reservation Policies and Procedure

At Big Kahuna’s, we take your group’s fun seriously. Please read over these polices to familiarize yourself with our reservation and advance ticket procedure to make your group’s visit a complete success.

Policies

• Groups must contain at least 15 paying members to qualify for a group rate.
• Advance reservations, at least three days prior to your outing date, are required.
• The entire group must be handled by, and paid for by, one person.
• If inclement weather occurs, groups may change their reservation by 9am the morning of their scheduled visit.

Reservation Procedure
Whether you are planning a fun getaway for a large family, or a corporate party for a few hundred, our group sales specialists make your outing simple to plan.

Use the checklist below to ensure we have all the information needed to
make your groups visit a success:

Reservation checklist

• The number of adults in your group who are 48 inches tall or taller.
• The number of children in your group who are less than 48 inches tall.
• Infants (age 2 and under) are admitted free.
• If you have chosen our coupon meal option, the number of total meals.
  

The date of your visit.

• information, including a cell number we may reach you at the day of your visit.
• If you are arriving on a charter or school bus, please let our specialist know when , and if the bus will be staying so that we may reserve a parking space for your group.
• Tax-exempt form (if applicable).

Payment Information
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and business checks.

Tax-Exempt Groups
If you are a tax-exempt entity, you must be tax-exempt in the state of Florida and provide our office a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to receive a non-taxed admission.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If your groups visit needs to be rescheduled for a different day, please call us as soon as possible. For reasons other than inclement weather, you must call the Group Sales office at 850-837-4061, ext. 30 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit to change or cancel your reservation.

50% deposit and final guarantee is due for all catered events 72 hours in advance
