If your visit was interrupted by inclement weather and you were unable to enjoy the park for more than one hour, please complete the form below to request Rain Check Tickets for a future visit this season. Once your request has been verified, your replacement tickets will be emailed to the same address used at the time of purchase.

At Big Kahuna’s we know Florida weather can change in an instant — sunshine one minute and storms the next! That’s why we offer our Rain Check Guarantee, giving you peace of mind when planning your family’s day of fun.

Rain Check Guarantee Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.If pools and water attractions are closed due to inclement weather for over an hour, and you have your original purchase receipt, you will receive a free Rain Check Ticket valid for one return visit during the current operating season.

If attractions reopen after the weather clears, Rain Checks will only be issued for an additional 30 minutes as you exit the park for the day. Guests must exit during that time window and present a valid purchase receipt to qualify.

Please note:

Rain Checks are valid only for the season they are issued
Season Pass Holders do not qualify for Rain Checks
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances
