2027 SILVER SEASON PASS
This Silver Season Pass is valid for Park access during regular operating hours in 2027. Pass must be used at the location where it was purchased (or selected at time of purchase, if bought online). Certain “Passholder Perks” are available to season pass holders. Check the Park website for details of currently available Passholder Perks. Passholder Perks are subject to change without notice. Passholder Perks are a supplemental, non-guaranteed benefit and are not a material term of, or inducement to, the purchase of this pass.
The operating calendar and hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the official park calendar for current operating hours and dates. Attraction availability is subject to change without notice. Park is not responsible for closures beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, severe weather, acts of God, governmental orders, mechanical failure, or labor shortages. In the event of a permanent park closure or closure for an entire operating season, passholders will receive a prorated credit or refund based on the remaining portion of the operating season, calculated from the date of closure.
Holder acknowledges and assumes all inherent risks associated with Park attractions and premises, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, other water-related hazards, and mechanical ride risks, and assumes all risk of personal injury and loss of property arising therefrom, except to the extent caused by Park’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Holder grants Park a limited, non-exclusive license to use their photograph or video image, captured on Park premises, in Park’s advertising and promotions for a period of two (2) years from the date of capture, without payment; Holder may revoke this license at any time by written request to Park. For any Holder under the age of 18, the assumption of risk and image license above is executed on the minor’s behalf by, and constitutes a binding agreement of, the accompanying parent or legal guardian, who represents that they have full legal authority to do so. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or group leader. Park reserves the right to revoke without refund or compensation any pass that has been used fraudulently. Guests that do not follow the safety and security rules posted within the facility (copies of which are available upon request) may be asked to leave and may lose their right to future entry; except where conduct poses an immediate risk to health or safety, Park will provide a warning and a reasonable opportunity to comply before revoking a pass under this section.
Must present pass on day of visit. On your first visit, your pass will be converted into a photo-verified account. Parking, food and beverages, and other items are not included and are subject to additional charges. The pass does not include admission to special events, private functions, or any event that requires a separate admission fee or when the park is not open to the general public. Not valid on previous purchases. No cash value. No refunds after initial use. Not for resale. No substitutions. Not transferable. Subject to additional taxes and use charges. Local restrictions apply. Pass not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. No copies permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Park is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this pass shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and Holder waives any right to participate in a class or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2027 PLATINUM SEASON PASS
This Platinum Season Pass is valid for Park access during regular operating hours in 2027. Pass must be used at the location where it was purchased (or selected at time of purchase, if bought online). Standard parking is included at no additional charge, subject to availability. Certain “Passholder Perks” are available to season pass holders. Check the Park website for details of currently available Passholder Perks. Passholder Perks are subject to change without notice.
