Safety is our priority, and to enjoy the Hammerhead, participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 42 inches. If you fall below this height, don’t worry – simply wear a USCG approved life jacket (provided at no charge) for a secure and enjoyable ride. With a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs, Hammerhead ensures accessibility for a wide range of water park enthusiasts.

RULES:
- Driver must be at least 44” tall.
- Driver of boat must be at least 18 years old to carry a passenger.
- Passenger must be at least 40” tall.
- The adult/parent or largest person must sit in the center seat and control motor to maintain proper balance.
- Two adults may not ride together in the same boat.
- Boat maximum weight is 450 pounds.
- No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed within the dock area or allowed to ride the bumper boats.
- Expectant mothers and guests with prior or existing back, neck, joint or health problems should not ride.
- Shoes and shirts must be worn.
- Fasten all loose clothing before entering dock area.
- Hair longer than shoulder length must be secured.
- No smoking, drinking or eating allowed in the boat or dock area.
- Walk to the boat as directed by the attendant.
- Do not run in the dock area.
- Wait for an attendant to assist you into and out of the boat.
- Passengers must hold on to hand rail at all times when riding in a boat.
- No splashing. Keep arms, feet and hands inside boat.
- If a problem occurs, remain seated with hands and feet inside the boat and raise hand for attendant to assist you.
- When ride ends, remain seated until asked to leave the boat by the attendant.
- Riders should expect to get wet.
