We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your event, should you decide to change your mind, we will gladly issue you a gift card for the amount of your deposit.
Parties must be booked a minimum of 7 days prior to the requested date.

When you arrive to the park, proceed to the yellow Guest Services booth to check in. Once you arrive, you will pay any remaining balance you may have. We do ask that you have an ID and credit or debit card available to be held in our lockbox for the remainder of your stay. Anything you order through your party host will be put on a tab to be closed out at Guest Services upon your departure.
Our birthday parties begin at park open and end at park close, so make sure you arrive on time to enjoy all that our park has to offer. If you are late, we are unable to refund or reschedule without minimum of one weeks’ notice. Check out bigkahunas.com for open hours!
Our birthday packages include admission for the birthday child and 9 additional guests. Adding on additional guests will require additional charges. If you plan to have more than the designated 10 guests, you will have to purchase an additional party zone to accommodate the size of your party. Max compacity on each party zone is 10 people.
Absolutely! Big Kahuna says your party will be the best lookin’ luau in town! We offer a decoration package for only $24.99 that includes: plates, napkins, flatware, and a table cloth. Refill cups are already included in the base birthday package. Outside decorations will not be allowed in the park including party favors of any kind. The only exception is mylar balloons; rubber balloons will not be allowed.
Under only the most extreme circumstances can we allow outside food to be permitted into Big Kahuna’s. Each request must be submitted to management who will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, of course! All birthday parties now have the ability to bring in a cake free of charge. However, please note that no other outside food or drink (excluding bottled and sealed water) will be allowed into the park. If you do bring any additional food or drinks, you will be asked to remove them from the park immediately.
Only parties booked with a Big Kahuna’s party package are permitted to bring in a cake.
